Born in Japan, 46-year-old Hikaru is an accountant who’s always hard at work when she’s on the job. She’s also the mother of Momoko, who’s friends with Kiyoko and Makoto, and Tsukiko, who’s a model. Hikaru’s also very good friends with Ayame and Noboru of Demon Cat Sushi, which was where she also first met the two when her family went out to dinner one time there. When she’s not at work or hanging out with Ayame and Noboru, she’s usually reading books. She’s especially very supportive of her own daughters, with Momoko hoping to become an accountant someday just like her, and Tsukiko’s modeling sessions with Lupita’s modeling group.
