I like to hold lotteries. Thanks to them, I can get to know different characters, and it's fascinating. But, to be honest, I would never participate in the lottery myself. The chance is really small, and luck has always bypassed me. So I'm not even trying. >_<
In general, if you are so serious about this, wouldn't it be easier to just take a commission from your favorite artist? There are many talented and unpopular artists on furaffinity who are willing to take commissions for a relatively small fee.
