Ugh, had similar happen to me. I was doing dumbbell bench press at too high of a weight and my co-workers spotting me were staring at a girl. They missed the fact my right shoulder came out of socket while my arms were extended and I had a 40lbs dumbbell falling towards my head. I managed to roll out of the way in time, but got kicked out of the weight room for ‘throwing weights’ and out of the gym for cursing out the monitor and my co-workers. Then there was the doctors visit to my shoulder back into place, which was fun…
