In 2020, my daughter and son-in-law bought me a LEGO Saturn V moon rocket kit for Christmas. I soon followed that up with another LEGO kit, a 1967 Ford Mustang, and shared some photos of that here. Well, I was hooked and followed up the Mustang with this Land Rover Defender.

At 2573 pieces, this model is not for little kids. It’s big too, measuring 16 inches in length and standing 8 inches high. Part of the company’s Technic™ series, it has a lot of moving parts, including an in-line 6-cylinder engine with moving pistons, independent suspension on both axles, and a working winch.
