After poor Kiyone's encounter with the space witch Cassiopeia, her buddy Mihoshi picked her up to take her to the headquarters in order to fix her... condition. On the way back though, she spotted a fairly famous fast food space-restaurant and felt like having a snack. One could say this didn't sit very well with the now froggified Kiyone... but it's not like she could complain much either way!
