I wanted to do a picture of Kae about healing and the first thing that came to mind was to show him holding the Seal of Elias seen in Rebirth Of Mothra, which possesses a regenerative ability. And since Kae's outfit here is inspired by Belvera's who features in the movie, it seemed fitting.
