The two fighters had pushed one another far beyond their limits and their patience. As they face each other in this round, the hares hold nothing back. Gritt opens this exchange of blows with a strong cross that Kaye immediately counters with a hook. This then erupts into a brutal slugfest between them as each punch makes an audible impact. Their short breaths between punches turning into vigorous exertions as they trade blows.

Neither man had cared about their current injuries or energy spent as they fought desperately to bring the battle to a conclusion. They made no more attempts at clinching and offered no respite to the other as they kept the wild pummeling going. To them it was only a question of who would fall first and who would come out on top. As their attack rages on, Kaye tries to mix in some swings at Gritt’s torso. It fails as Gritt steps in with another headbutt which causes Kaye to stagger back clutching his face with a shout of pain.

Hearing his opponent’s reaction, Gritt makes an attempt to continue his aggression. Kaye quickly regains his footing and throws a hard hook which forces Gritt back to the center. The hares yet again exchange blows until…
