MY NEW REF SHEET YAY!
I put a lot of thought into the anatomy of this one. Most anthro seals you see have a long, otter-like tail with flukes, in addition to their legs, which is a perfectly nice design, but I'm a horrible stickler for anatomy and wanted to follow reality as much as I could lol. A seal's "tail fins" are actually the remans of their feet, and some species still have a vestigial "true tail" stump between them. So I compromised, and gave PogoSeal big otter feet; still fins, good for swimming, but still able to walk on them when needed. She also has disproportionately short legs, and long arms with large flipper hands. I imagine she could probably waddle around on all fours, until her wrists got sore anyway lol.

I've got a LOT of ref sheet art I want to get done... Lunari needs a new ref, Gabe needs a new ref, Ripo needs a proper ref, and the Silivar species has changed significantly and needs a new ref sheet too. So much to do, so little wrist durability, argh! I couldn't draw for most of October because I got sick and they got swollen... Hopefully I'm past the worst of it!
