Precisely! And it's enjoyable for both parties. One gets a comfortable hammock and the other gets a nice hefty belly sagging underneath them!
Not to mention, the belly scales are rather resistant and tough against both the elements and anything trying to pierce it so its very safe! Although it's rather hot, tight, and noisy in there. Might not hear them inside. But hey, that's just one of the downsides of many upsides!
