This is Series 2000 #13: Return to Horrorland.
One year after the events of One Day at Horrorland, Lizzy, Luke, and Clay are dragged back to the park by a pair of Reality TV show hosts (after bribing the parents) to expose the dangers of the park...it doesn't go well.
Though it was probably retconned by the Horrorland series, I'd say this served as inspiration for that series as there's a couple of cameos from other Goosebumps characters in this book.
