Hmmm...given how the fight at the start of the arc ended, the paperwork being filled out, and the implications in the second to last panel, I wonder just how commonplace reformation is in this setting? I assume it likely requires connections or notable resource, but it does seem like it's something that's at least "normal" if not necessarily easily accessible. A vague memory has me thinking I've read you extrapolating on that somewhere, though the details are hazy at best.
