New addition in Tora's universe. His name's Genjirō Akiyama (秋山 源次郎), admiral of the Japanese navy. Though people just call him Genji (源氏) for short.
I wanted to make his artillery get-up thing inspired by the battleship moe girl trend that got pretty popular in Japan (KanColle, anyone?), so I made him as a male equivalent of that. Which means he's in his giant size (due to size growth, even though there's no size difference in this pic) with his artillery which he uses to fight with rather complicated kaiju with. Yup, just like that. (boy, Japan's got a LOT of crazy stuff here and there XD)
In all honesty, though, his artillery. Drove. Me. Nuts! OTL
