Open ended drawing, open heart, open lines, color out in the open... I have always carried a VERY rigid art style when it came to line work and color. They always needed to be 100% filled in, and only then would I change their shadings, colors, and maybe blur some things to soften them. This piece, though simple and quick, was one of the hardest things for me to call complete. As you can tell around the face, I had started to seep back into needing that filled in look. Glad I stopped there. It gives this pieces a much more softer look.Art by me
