she's not digitigrade, unless she has another form or somethin...

they wouldn't. the extended heel on those type of shoes were designed to replace the heel of a plantigrade so they may walk on their toes without losing balance. a digitigrade maintain balance using it's tail mostly.

the way you have it in your sketch on the right, the balance is shifted towards the front and rests on the knee, since the heel for that sketch would be the first joint from the toes.

but if you wanted to give in one i suppose that'd be the best looking place

wouldn't heels on digigrade feet be kind of.... pointless? I thought high heels were suppose to support the heels and giv e asort of "tip-toing" effect on the feet. But Digigrade feet already do that <.<

I'd have to agree; though its probably more for looks than practicality.
