Smoochum! It took me a while to realize that it was supposed to look diapered. For some reason I thought the tan parts were supposed to be a shirt and the pink bottom part was just its body, but I guess not! I like this version much better, since it's got perma-pamps and all (which it can clean with psychic energy of course).
This one's rather show-offy but still humble enough to appretiate hugs and kisses from fans. Me personally, I couldn't refuse such a cute pokemon! Little icy bab...
