Here, finally, is a picture of Riding Hood, the leader of the Rhineland region of the German branch of BOS.
The blonde she-wolf is the daughter of the original Riding Hood and the now retired Iron Cross. Her costume is based on the outfit of the G.J. Joe villainess, the Baroness, with a hood and cape added, all colored red. She also wears a pair of earrings which she can tug on to turn her costume from its normal red to grey for when she goes into the dark to fight her enemies. The belt she wears upon her waist is a World War 1-era German officer belt that was originally worn by her mother, who had earlier worn it in honor of her father, who was murdered by the Nazis for his post-World War I political views (He was a Social Democrat.). So, in that way, she is honoring both her mother and her late grandfather.

Super strength, flying, some speed, wolf howl (like Black Canary's Canary Cry), being able to see in the dark, a mistress of disguise (like her mother), and being able to use the darkness to her advantage. She is also a good hand-to-hand combatant, an expert in firearm and an amateur detective.
