Introducing the 1st form of Haiell. Now, for starters, yes, I did change his name as the first name was hard to pronounce for me so I decided to go with this name which is pronounced as... hay-yell and it is a combination of the word for hail & hell as he is based on my own species, Water-Sageons and the fact he was created in hell as a bio-mechanical android just like Cell... and created by Dr Gero as well.

Haiell is a combination of Water-Sageons and the Frieza race and he is a formidible opponent to fight. Saiyan Blaze finds him disgusting to look at as he feels this is a HUGE disrespect to his own people that fell to Volcanus. Sadly, Haiell has two more forms after this so his power has yet reached his peak as of right now.
