For those who might be curios what "safeguard" is supposed to mean: I'm one of those weirdos who has "lore" to his fursona (I know, big stereotype of being "the obnoxious furry in the group"). So long story short, it's a significant nod to his backstory. 😸

Ordering this commission, I gave Artie some freedom in parts of the pose and backdrop in my request. And honestly? This blew my expectations away!! I originally envisioned this when listening to my playlist I've based around Talon, and thought about what his "album art" might look like for the mood of the music I associate with him. And this just came out far better than any version I could've made myself. It's perfect! Expressively, this has to be one of the "most Talon" art pieces I've ever seen. The mood, setting, and vibe is just all there! This IS Talon!
The popping colors of the backdrop, the chill attitude to his pose, and WOOF that shape is lookin 👌SOFT👌! The fluff of the neck, the fine lighting on the toe beans, the way his clothes fit over him, and that big fluffy belly that's just begging to be lifted up and hugged like a soft melty marshmallow! 😻😻😻 So far, I'd say this is one of the closest adaptations to my vision for Talon's ideal body shape! Truly: art like this makes me want to hug my own fursona.
