The wrath wrought upon Odin's fallen warrior was not a mere tantrum; for Loki had once more given life to a new monstrosity. Despite warnings, Odin did not police his adoptive son...and thus, yet another monstrous being was 'gifted' to existence.
Through no fault of his own, Skelmir the bastard demigod has been forced to remain in Midgard. Scorned by the gods of his birthright for his twisted makeup and scorned in kind by the giants (however few are left) for the circumstances of his creation; he was doomed to walk Earth in much the same way as Kura.

He possesses some abilities due to his nature; the ability to shapeshift, and the ability to 'charm' (Read: Hypnotize) most mortal beings. He is hedonistic, manipulative, aloof and yet...has his charming moments. What do you get when you force a demi-god to live with mortals for all of eternity?
The ultimate emo kid edgelord, that's what.
Also, he has a bit of a thing for Kura, as his abilities don't work on them due to Angrboða's shackle. 'You want what you can't have' etc etc
