Today I offer you what might be the most not-obscure obscure character TF I have ever written!

To be honest not a lot of Jackbox characters are moods considering barely any of them have confirmed bodies and we mostly have voices, but it's nice that Mayonnaise is an exception.

In regards to the actual TF, I probably did some creative liberties with Cookie's personality (especially considering how I haven't even played every single game the man hosted) but whatever. He somewhat struck me as someone who'd do morally ambiguous things.
