One of the first animals we stopped to see at the WNC Nature center was the bear enclosure, they were relaxing and just meandering about the area. I would stop back by on the other side before leaving, this same bear came and sat next to me on the other side of the fence. Being so close I couldn't get a shot, but it was still a cool experience.
