1986 I think. It’s about nuclear war and the world after . the movie admits at the end the events portrayed would be much worse in reality. But even in production the cast suffered from “nuclear nightmares” . churches remained open in big cities like New York until midnight for people who were distressed when it aired. (It was a made for TV movie) The UK version of a post Nuclear War movie is called ‘Threads’ and that movie, especially the ending, will make you numb.
