After what he did to Nebula, Rocket found himself growing more and more fascinated by the inflated woman and the idea of making others inflate. And soon enough, he'd figured out just who to try out his new weapon on next... Perhaps it'd be fun to mess with Cosmo -- the team would be meeting him at Knowhere, so all Rocket would have to do is get the dog alone somewhere and then blimp him up! To his delight, it was really that simple -- after the team met up with and picked up Cosmo, Rocket convinced the psychic doggy that he had something important to discuss with him, and Cosmo was intrigued and gullible enough to agree to following him to a nice secluded area of the ship. And within seconds, Cosmo had turned into a huge blimp. He growled in frustration, unable to wiggle his bloated paws or wag his swollen tail.
