Because Marcos https://www.furaffinity.net/view/43257334/ could need help for certain missions... and definitly the german shepherd dog is in the list of the Rupian Army
Dora obviouslly would preffer some heavier firepower than Marcos, depite would be lower combat time. who cares if nobody will survive her more than 8 mins? XD she even carries an anti tank guided missile (or 2, if she doesn´t wants the 20 mm cannon )

Notize the Hammerdroids inspiration XD liked them , so Dora´s armor is a fusion of the Gasaraki ones ( Shinden and Ishtar ) and the U.S.M.C Hammerdroid XD
