On top of providing a couple of little character moments, this page finally shows in full Cass’ hair gene experimentation. Before this page, the only glimpse readers have been given is a slideshow she presented for her Senior Project class.
I hesitated adding Thirteen to this chapter, given how crowded it already is. But it made even less sense to exclude her. She’s Morty’s only assistant, she’s developed a friendship with Cass, and this situation provides a great way to advance her character arc. With her arrival, Chapter 14 is the fourth UTC chapter to feature the entire cast.
