Personally, as an atheist, I get bummed out thinking about it. A lot of things I will have ever done will not really mean anything in a grander scheme, and I would no longer be able to do the things I enjoy. I get existential myself, and ponder not only existence but a number of things I couldn't fit in this box.

Instead here's this: I cope with the idea of death by doing everything I absolutely can and enjoying myself as much as possible. Death sucks, yeah, but it's awesome that we get to be alive once and do many amazing things despite the world we live in. That's as much as I can say without having to go on a huge personal tangent :P

I understand fearing the thought of death... it really scares me too! I at times lie awake at night terrified I might get a heart attack and die. We can only make the most of the life we've been given, and as long as you're doing stuff that's good for you and your mind, then I think that's a life worth living c:
