Another round of design. I pieced together this one from the stuff I liked
in the first round and feedback (thank you!)
Again, this isn't fixed in stone. The palettes can mix and match across the
figure. Mostly it comes down to: dark figure in dark clothes, light figure in
dark clothes, light figure in light clothes, dark figure in light clothes - or
some kind of middling tones :B
I also learned that in German, the "cock-a-doodle-doo" sound a rooster
makes translates to "kikeriki". The name Gerik is close to this and is a
variation of the German name Gerald, which means "spear".
And so, "Gerik" - or likely in text, "Gerry".

two on the right look real good, the white and red looks good and contrasts the blue, i think thats really neat
the black works just cuz of the premise of being rockstar and whatnot, dark and stuff. and if hes not a real dark guy, thatd be kinda funny givin his appearance hehe

I like them all, but each one seems to give me a different impression for their character. Going from left to right, the first one says to me kinda' annoying jackass. The second, more of a loveable eccentric. Third, the hawt sort of badass. Lastly, a general good guy but a bit dorkish. Strange how colour can change an impression like that.
I like #3 the best, but don't like the color of his tail. It doesn't seem to fit the palette to my eye. Love the Chucks though I wish they weren't as high as the spurs. #1 is my second favorite as I like the overall variety in color. Also, check your email; I've been drawing mules for you today. :"D
I'm most fond of the one on the far left; has a good combination of stark contrasts and middle tones to me, and gives a good Punk feel while remaining distinctive enough without being cliche. In all honesty the one on the far right bothers me. I think its the red and white; looks really...washed out, and it reminds me too much of Ronald McDonald for some terrible reason. The one immediately to the left of him is my second favorite, mainly because of all the black, but conversely design-wise I don't like it much, mainly because of all the dark colors with far less contrasting hues than the other ones.
I can't really rate them from "best" to "worst," so I'll just do what BearBlot did and give visual first-glance impressions.

Mid-left: Streetwise
Mid-right: Bad-ass with an attitude, likely to punch you out if you look at him funny
Far-right: Not sure... something's just kind of off. Awkward.

Given that the premise is that they're a punk band, I'd say 3rd from the left-- the dark colored one-- feels the most appropriate, what with the color and all. The 1st from the left works too, in that odd 'really white guy in a lot of black colored clothing looking REALLY WHITE' way that some bands seem to have.
