Crystal and little Angela are out for a stroll when a big thunderstorm rolls in. They find an old castle and head inside for shelter until the storm clears. Curious, Angela checks the room they're in, then she accidentally activates a secret passage on a wall that traps her in a dark hallway with no light in sight. Crystal turns to find the Chao doll laying next to the wall as she hears her sister's cries for help on the other side.

"Crystal! Big sister! Help me! It's dark in here!!"

Desperately, she tries to find the way to opening the secret passage and rescue her little sister, the only family she has left! Meanwhile, in the dark hallway, Angela stands by, waiting for her sister to rescue her. But she may not be alone in there...
