A Toxel who just wants to act like a huge baby. He does still need to get by in the real world, which can be hard, but overall he just acts like bab.

Personality: Innocent and naïve due to wanting to act like a baby and being raised very sheltered by his older brother. Has his head in the clouds a majority of the time but has surprisingly good people skills despite having very little book smarts. Not as quick to tears as an actual baby, and generally has a positive attitude.
Voice: Sounds like a teenager whose voice hasn't dropped yet. Has a lisp where he pronounces "s" sounds like "th"es along with generally talking like a toddler. (Comparison: Sounds almost exactly like Jimmy Jr. from Bob's Burgers but a bit younger.)
Favorite dinner: Chicken tenders with mashed potatoes
Fetishy Part: (Babyfur + Diaperfur) Completely incontinent due to being a Toxel. Loves wearing and using his diaper, as well as staying messy for as long as he can (since he's a poison-type there's no worries for rashes). Also likes to stuff food and whatnot in his diaper sometimes. Otherwise just acts like a baby even though he's technically 20.
Notes: Tommy lives in a world of slightly anthroed pokemon. Pokemon live in houses and have jobs, but they more resemble their original species a little more than an anthropomorphized version (quadrupeds are still quadrupedal, for instance). They vary a bit more in size too, but the short pokemon like Flabebé and Joltik are a bit bigger and the bigger pokemon like Garchomp and Wailord are a bit smaller. There are a few exceptions though, like fish pokemon and any "blob" shaped ones.
Tommy's diaper and bib are part of his body and he can't remove them. The way he cleans his diaper is by running electricity through it to dry it out and vaporize and mess. The diaper's waistband does have enough give for him to pull it back to put stuff in it though.
As he doesn't have a blindfold, he doesn't represent me. (that pokemon is yet to come...)
