So this is Vail Monomai, She's basically a Covenant version of Mulan. How exactly she the the 'ai in her name from being a blademaster and how she managed to become a Spec-Ops soldier is still up in the air, but let's just say having some impressive thighs might've helped Squeeze her into it.
