Had this sketch lying around since 2018, figured now would be a good time to finish it.

This character is not only an MLP OC, but also a reused version of the early concepts for Tempest for the 2017 MLP movie where at one point she was originally Celestia and Luna’s long-lost brother named Cosmos and a gruesome-looking Chimera abomination who lost their parts and would fuse other animals’ body parts to themself. I borrowed a LOT of elements of my design directly from bits and pieces of concept art in the MLP movie art book.

Honestly my version of this character isn’t so different from some other fans’ depictions of him. Eldest brother of Celestia and Luna, badly injured beyond repair and presumed dead after some massive war/attack on Canterlot, but is actually still alive unbeknownst to the royal sisters and wanders around Equestria stitching other creatures’ body parts onto his mess of a body to get back at his younger sisters he resents for leaving him for dead.

His damaged form has a hippogriff’s talon, a goat’s hoof, a griffon’s tail, a dragon’s belly scales, a prosthetic leg, crystals in place of a horn, another creature's eye, armor he probably stole from someone, and plenty of scars and wounds he tried to stitch himself. It’s a possibility he may as well have slaughtered other creatures just to get their limbs.
