Yeah, I used a base again, I know. I was kinda tired and not feeling too creative today, but had that drawing drive on, so I figured "why the heck not". Besides, I think it's about time I drew Tomotta properly this time.
...And I think I understand why Toriyama didn't like drawing Saiyan tails after some time. :XD:
