Similar to the last piece, I've been trying out a different style to color my sketches (Grayscale shaded sketch with coloring layers on top). I find the sketches typically look better than the final product so I really wanted to get the process hammered out. I ended up creating a big file with each blending mode to see how it interacts with the "colors" below and I think I'm moving in the right direction.
