Boo Cotter Ref Sheet

Cotters are a new sub-species of Otter that is currently closed as things are being put together. I plan to make it an open species once I have at least a set standard of how things should be to have it identified as a Cotter rather then an Otter. A Cotter is a Candle Otter, hence all the candle wicks and fire. This ref sheet of Boo was made by zoeycoco2581 on Instagram.
