This is a ref sheet of both of Boo's forms. He can light up any candle wick and his eyes at any time and in any order. His flames are hot enough to last underneath water with his infinite fuel. He can cook and hunt his food with his flame teeth. Hes a very anxious otter, afraid of a lot of other people.
