I really enjoy these series c: love that your characters are so different and you also bring some slav culture in!

I assure you: i wrote the story based on fairy tales, but without the art by   Dgirael ... it would suck.

There are times where i feel that my job as a commissioner is highly underestimated as i provide artists with references and everything they might need, dispelling doubts and trying my best to explain stuff.

To the point where some artists asked me not to be commissioned again... because "i explained to much and left them with a confusing mess" where they do not know which is the relevant piece of information (spoiler: all of them).

With about 4 artists until now:   Dgirael ,   Tegerio ,   HattonSlayden , and   Honovy i barely have to do any revision whatsoever of their work because they deliver immediately the stuff i wanted/needed as if they were reading my mind. So much so that in the ultra-rare instance where they are "not reading my mind" i find extremely hard to explain stuff because i am caught completely off guard.

Honovy does not do comics but i definitively plan on doing comics with Tegerio if i can.

I just need to sort my mess, because... i am way too verbose for my own good.

I know this! Artists do their job well, I am an artist myself and I've done some tricky projects, helped with thinking over design and so on. The "reading mind" feature is a thing, too. I've had some commissioners with whom we just hardly could work together-we just seemed to explain things completely on a different language. But for some people I am fav artist for many years :)
I can relate that some artists didn't want to have another complex commission with huge description, too: when you have some other commissioners, who bring you some adoptable canine or feline and all way happy with a first sketch.. Well, you just don't want to go through something you need to think about. Surprisingly enough, I have some pretty regular commissioners who are hard to communicate with and I do a lot of edits on their art. For me as an artist their works are super hard and confusing, but we keep working together somehow. Maybe they just didn't find their "dream artist" yet, so they keep coming for me? I don't know. But I feel the situation very well. Most of the commissioners I know have a 3-6 fav artists they commission mostly them and that's it. All people are different and art is a confusing thing to explain in general.
But you are the character owner and commissioner. And I am here to compliment you to make all of this happen c: that you found the artists you like and who understands you. That you didn't give it up on it.
And this one story looked like it misses attention, but I am here to mention I love it too x3 I love that you have so many different ideas and I am happy to see they are getting life with art.

Sometimes you keep working with an artist that is hard to work with because you like their art and style, or because you feel friendship despite the incomprehension.

Nothing more.

Like... with   Sherharon i love her art but i do feel like i am torturing her each month.

Aaaand she told me she feels like she is torturing me and wonders why i come back each month.

And this story definitively does not miss attention,   Dgirael is putting A LOT of attention here.

I just feel like it is coming out very very good without me doing much aside from writing the original script.

It is, too :) I have a really close friend, but when it comes to the commission...ohhh we struggle a lot x3 It really depends on so many factors, but if the end is good - we are good :) Challenges also improve artist! So I personally find hard commissions good.
The only thing makes me really wanna stop working with a person - if they ask for ridiculous changes very late. Like, one person asked me to change the character without extra money after I finished the lineart and started doing flats (it was completely different character)

In the thumbnail the speech bubbles look like skateboard decks and my dumbass was sitting like "Why are there two skate decks floating by a chicken? Hmmmm... lemme click & investigate this."

I hope you liked, anyway, this is one of my silly ideas: comics that need no translation.

i asked some changes, can you tell me if this seems more legible?

"No husband now, no husband later, no husband ever."

yup, this was the intention... does it feel more legible than what was before?

If that's the intention, then yes. This is easier to interpret.

I got half of it right. But I interpreted the top sequence as meaning she had no parents, and sprang into existence exactly as she is today.
