Abilities: Xartill, created as a cobra naga, possesses the powers one might expect of such a creature. He can hypnotize anyone he makes direct eye contact with, unless they are resistant to it or have protective measures in place. But he also has the ability to manifest and control a variant of hellfire that he can use to strip away such protective measures.

Weaknesses: Holy water and magic counter both his demonic nature and fire, as well as any other means of combatting demonic entities. His vanity and love for valuable trinkets can also be taken advantage of, if one can find out how to butter him up effectively.

Personality: Vain, proud, and with a greedy eye for shiny things, Xartill very well lives to his reputation as a Prince of the Obsidian Empire. But it's that same pride that makes him act independent of his father's plans, wanting to do things his own way, which alludes to some level of stubbornness. Regardless, he is a formidable opponent from his craftiness alone, testing opponents before seeking to upheave the battle by twisting it to his advantage one way or another. He is also very lustful about half of the time, especially if he sees an attractive person he would like to add to servants.

Background: Xartill, like many of his siblings, was created by his father in order to aid in the Obsidian Empire's invasion of Earth. Like other agents, Xartill was sent through, but his experiences lead him on a different path. He desired to accrue wealth and slaves, building up towards an empire of his own. Yet heroes interfere and thwart his plans quite often, so he constantly has to flee and start over from scratch. He has never been caught to date, and he has no intention of letting anyone bust his streak or giving up on his plans for domination...just in a different way than his father intended.
