Another kobold of mine. Vira is a warlock who has grand plans, world domination, destruction, all will rue the day they ever cross her! For she is a supervillain, or at least claims to be. Her problem is two-fold though, the first is she isn't very good at the whole supervillain-ing thing just yet, and the other is that she ended up with a trickster spirit as her patron rather than anyone who could let her command the destruction and hellfire she wished for.

Still, she has the attitude needed, and adapted will to having a completely different set of powers than she wanted. So she'll still try, even if her schemes occasionally backfire and collapse on top of her, or when her patron decides to toy with her as their plaything. She might not have the power, but she has the presentation, and that is what makes a villain super.
