4 pieces of cat fish
flour
oil
1 stick of butter
salt
pepper
parsley
red wine vinegar
lemon

coat the bottom of a pan with half an inch of the oil and heat, take each piece of catfish and coat with the flower.

place in the hot oil untill its golden brown and set aside. place the butter in the hot oil and let melt. put in a pinch of salt and a splash of the red wine vinegar.

chop the parsley and toss in and squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture and mix together.
