Just a quick sketch of myself. I have been doing powerlifting for a year already and got severely tired of tiresome trainings. My coach is very old (he is 75), but still in a wonderful physical form. Even though he is a talented coach, he is an extremely toxic man, so I get tired of his provocative comments addressed to me.
He tells me that I have everything to get Master level, but I feel exhausted. He always demands more, more, more... He yells and mokes at me every time I fail. He always criticize my diet, saing I'm a liar and eating more. But I'm not.
I got tired of severe trainings 3 times a week.
I got tired of his abuse.
I got tired of eating only dietary stuff.
I have bruises all over my legs because of deadlift. My back muscles hurt without massages. I have lots of scratches and calluses on my hands.
I'm so damn tired of jumping over my head again and again. The saddest thing he doesn't listen to me, he gives me no break and presses further.
I fight for results, I'm proud of them, but I'm exhausted.

Maybe it's time to consider whether this one man is the right coach for you.
There are people who need such teachers and coaches, who are tough and brutal, in order to drive them to ever better results, but not every person is made for such a thing and if this psychological stress hurts you more than the results of this hard training satisfies you, you may need some other type of training that will get you the results you want :/
