After the whole lugia tf hoop incident Borealis learned that he now possesses a new form, a Lugia form, however unlike his Ampharos form that he can morph into using his Pendent this Lugia form has a mind of its own so to speak, and while borealis remains in control at all times it seams that this Legendary form isnt content with being hidden for long and spontaneously emerges regardless of what is going on around Borealis so if you happen to be walking close by be aware that you may have to dodge out of the way to avoid being sat on by a klutzy derg turn lugia >:3 which Astral here hasn't quite gotten the memo and thinks that this is something that can just be fixed X3
