WIP piece that will be fitted to another piece.
First thing I've forged since the collapse of my old lean-to. The rebuilding of that thing really got in the way of things.
I made this neat shape using a swage block. The piece was made from a section of 3/4 in. diameter round stock.
Then I drew it out to a thinner shank.
I'll give one hint on what this is before I make the rest of it.
It has to do with metal detecting.
