Reminds me of the description of the Tofu feather from the games: "A cute yellow feather. Tickle your friends for pleasure or your enemies for torture."

I think I've only played the Wakfu game for about a literal minute myself lol. There's at least two tickle torture scenes in the Dofus series that I'm aware of. This is one of them:

What scene was that in? I will tell you what they said in English. Depending on where it is I either saw it with official subs or fan subs. Fan subs were nice because they would explain the French humor in places where it would not be obvious because it was either a play on French word or custom. I will likely watch it all again with them, perhaps just the ones that did not have them or perhaps from the beginning before 4 comes out.
