Hector Vulkan - Nanosynchrony mode ON
Is been a LONG time since I drew my human character Vulkan. So I decided to make some changes to him.
Like Theo, Vulkan is a nanocyborg who can activate the "Nanosynchrony mode". Now he can use two railgun pistols, along with a bigger shield than the previous one (the new shield can cover his entire body instead of the opposite side of his left arm). His velocity, agility, strength and resistance is increased as well.
But as always, any power up comes with a high price: Low duration of the mode and a lot of fatigue after it is deactivated.
