memory is a deamon that feeds on anguish and despair
it latches onto it's victims backs, and weighs them down with thoughts that would normaly be dismissed,when they become weakened, it reaches down into their heart and fills it with feelings of neglect ,self loathing ,sadness,and hurt. It convinces them that there is nothing good intheir lives, that no one cares,that they deserve nothing but pain and discomfort,it preys on even their most minor of insecurities until they are comsumed whole by them
the only way to beat this monster back is to proove it wrong. keeping mementos at hand just in case is a good idea, as well as remembering even the slightest of good things to happen to you, and focus on them with a high intensity
