I guess you could take this as a cautionary tale about the creation that ends up being more popular than the creator, something I know nothing about, I'm sure. I have 4 more music comics in various stages of planning, as well as the Time graphic novel, but I promise none will have a ventriloquist dummy in them.

Can definitely reflect with this. For I, too, thought I was the brains behind a character. Then he left. Went to Hollywood. Got his own show. Many seasons.
