On Tumblecube Island, by any chance? (When you get to Jynx in Nightlight Nook...good luck. That's all I can say. 10,000 party strength plus the Psychic Type bonus, and I still get party-wiped every once in a while because of the utter chaos in the first phase with icicle-dropping Dewgongs and shielded Cloysters followed by her sleep attacks once you get her down to half health! And you have to grind her in order to get enough strength for the real boss!) (Sorry for the massive block of spoiler text; I needed to vent. )
