"You're telling me, that you've brought on board an illegal immigrant from the soviet union, and welcomed him with open arms?" Asked the Secretary.
"Why wouldn't i?" Said the Colonel "Guy's Polish, Hates the USSR as much as us, Has skills that might prove useful." The Secretary looked at him,
"He's mentally unstable. How are we to know he won't start shooting our guys?" He questioned.
