It looks like you might be a fan of Werewolf: the Apocalypse.
Are you aware, or keeping up on the Werewolf: the Apocalypse 20th Anniversary Edition?
http://whitewolfblogs.com/w20/ (W20 Blog) • http://forums.white-wolf.com/default.aspx?g=topics&f=30 (Onyx Path Publishing)
Pretty soon (before the end of August) they should be offering the KickStarter for the pre-order of the Limited Edition version of the W20 book.
If it's anything like the 20th Anniversary edition of the V:tM book it'll probably be an embossed leatherette-covered full-color book of about 530 pages, silvered edges, book-marks of some sort, or maybe a few other things here and there.
Otherwise, if you don't get in on the super-awesome edition of the book there will be Print-on-Demand and PDFs available through https://www.DriveThruRPG.com . :)
As for the insides? Ron Spencer is doing full-page illustrations for each tribe, and Steve Prescott is doing splash pages for each Tribe (including the Lost Tribes too!) They're removing the metaplot information (kinda like 2nd Edition, with Stargazers having not left the Garou Nation, for instance... at least as far as I know) and some updated mechanics.
In addition, books like W20 "Changing Breeds", "Rage Across the World" and "Book of the Wyrm" are being offered in the next 12 months too.
I'm spreading the word, so everyone knows about it when it happens. If you have any questions, about it, or anything else W20/Onyx Path Publishing (the new publishing group for new White Wolf products), feel free to ask and I will do my best to get you the best answers. :)

^.^ Well, V20 introduced a few mechanical changes (like removing Dodge as its own unique skill, and it's now wrapped into Athletics), and there are already some cleaning-up/changes to Gifts that were posted.
3rd Edition (Revised) was the last edition of W:tA anyways, so you didn't miss much... other than the Time of Judgement and that Metaplot stuff. But all of that will be all-but removed from the mechanics/setting anyways in W20 (Albrecht is still presented as "Lord", and Stargazers are still in the Nation, for instance.)
I hope you look into it and love it enough to pick it up.
The Limited Edition 530 page uber edition will likely be about $110 US (for the book and PDF). The 2-book full-color hardcover with PDF will be about $100, and the prices will go down from there. You can check out the current costs of the Vampire: the Masquerade 20th Anniversary edition book for an idea of what W20 will cost outside of the KickStarter Prestige edition pre-order.
