Funny thing is, her mother probably had to deal with that, too. The whole "consumption of one's head" jokes because of being a female mantis.

So, I'm guessing she doesn't necessarily prey on bugs like her non-anthro counterparts do? That's the nice thing about mantises, sometimes they're good at controlling pests from getting out of hand.
